Hi! I'm a recent graduate of Columbia University, where I received a B.S. in computer science with minors in applied math and applied physics. My research interests lie at the intersection of theoretical computer science, quantum computation, and quantum many-body physics. I am particularly interested in using a theoretical CS perspective to shed light on quantum information and physics-motivated questions, whether through the lens of algorithms, complexity, or cryptography. At Columbia, I was extremely fortunate to be advised by Henry Yuen.

I am a big fan of wandering around, and I accomplish this by walking, running, and biking prodigiously in my free time. I also enjoy reading books by authors like Italo Calvino and Jorge Luis Borges. Competing in Science Olympiad was the best part of my high school experience, and in undergrad I started Columbia University Science Olympiad, which holds an annual Science Olympiad invitational at Columbia for high school students.
